What are Integrated Labels?
Integrated labels can benefit you in a number of ways. Firstly, all your details are easily personalised in one pass through the print process. In turn this allows for accurate colour matching across the letter and the label. For you this means you save both time and money and reduces the possibility of errors.Integrated labels are produced by attaching a self-adhesive laminate patch to the reverse of a sheet with a precision die- cut. The resulting document (which can be any size) can be laser or inkjet personalised on the letter section and the label in one process, thus enabling you to streamline your process.
Integrated labels are perfect for use as dispatch notes or shipping labels, enabling you to integrate a returns label, address label (or both) into their dispatch note or invoice label.
So What’s the Difference with an Integrated Card?
As with integrated labels, integrated cards are made by applying a clear laminate to both sides of your document, and applying a precision die-cut. This laminate is compatible with a full range of printers, enabling your document to be personalised in one operation, saving time and ensuring a 100% data integrity. Within the design we incorporate a panel making it signature compatible.
This process also has the opportunity to personalise with a range of security features such as holographic foils and security inks. These security features are especially important for ID cards and travel passes where counterfeiting and fraud may be a concern.

Micro / Nano Printing
An extremely small line of text, characters, or images printed at high resolution beyond the capabilities of desktop printers or scanners.
Barcodes
An optical machine-readable representation of data relating to the objects to which it is attached.
Tamper-Evident Die Cuts
Fine line slits that are die-cut onto a pressure sensitive adhesive material that, once applied to a surface, causes it to delaminate and shred upon the first attempt to remove it.
Taggants
Covert materials that do not naturally occur in the tagged substrate, ink, or other carrier that are used as a virtual ‘fingerprint’ to verify authenticity.
